After your installation is completed, we visit the site to check the installation. This ensures you are satisfied with the installation and any additional works that have been completed.

Panel Alignment and Placement: Check to ensure the panels are correctly aligned, securely mounted, and free from damage.

Inverter and Components: Check the inverter and other system components for proper installation, secure connections, and correct labelling.

Documentation Review: We review system documentation, issue registered warranty documentation and supply installation records for completeness and accuracy.

Labelling Accuracy: Ensure all required labels, such as electrical warnings and system specifications, are correctly placed and legible.

Customer Walkthrough: Accompany the homeowner for a walkthrough, explaining the quality check process and addressing any concerns or questions they might have.
Customer Satisfaction: We confirm you are happy and address any issues identified during the quality check.
